After what’s been a busy year for us here at Reg Leis Insurance Services, we’d like to wish you, your team, and your families a very Merry Christmas and a fabulous New Year. Our team is looking forward to 2024 and helping our clients continue to protect what’s important.
We’ll be closing our office at 10 Lawrence St from midday, Friday 22 December 2023 and we’ll be returning to the office from 8:30am on Monday 8 Jan, 2024. As always, we’ll have our Out of Hours/ Emergency support in place – if you call our number while we are away, a message will let you know how you can urgently contact us if necessary otherwise we’ll be in touch when we return.

“I have something new I’d like to discuss and obtain some insurance cover for. Can this be arranged?”
While we don’t issue cover notes for anything, we’re happy to help you obtain cover (if we can) when we return on 8 January 2024 or prior to midday on 22 December 2023. Simply fill in our Contact Form before or during our break and we’ll be in touch to discuss as soon as we can.
“What if I need to make a change to an existing insurance policy over the closing period?”
Don’t worry, we’re here if you need us!
We ask that anything that isn’t time-sensitive or urgent be held over until we return in the new year, to allow our team to have a well-deserved break.
However, we completely understand that some things require urgent assistance. If you need urgent assistance during our closing period, simply complete our Contact Form here or call our Emergency After Hours number found here. Someone from our team will respond as soon as possible.
“What if my policy renewal is due during the closing period?”
Our team are currently contacting clients about upcoming renewals to discuss covers and updates that might be needed. If you receive a call from someone on our team in the next few weeks they are propbably trying to get your renewal organised and, rather than wait for the renewal to arrive and then make changes, it’s important for you to be in touch sooner rather than later.
“What if I have a claim during the closing period and need help?”
